Refund Policy

Our 7-day service promise

You can ask for a full refund of your subscription within 7 days of purchase if:

• The service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it
• You did not receive your login details after paying
• You were charged twice for the same order

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a service bought online. Because your login is delivered within minutes, when you order we ask you to agree that the service can start straight away. If you then cancel within 14 days, we may deduct an amount for the days you have already used.

IPTV with subscription (box) orders

You can cancel and return the box within 14 days of delivery. It must be returned unused and in its original packaging, and you pay the return postage unless the box is faulty. If the box arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

When a refund is not usually possible

• The problem is caused by your broadband, device or home network and you have not let our support team try to help
• Your account was suspended for breaking our Terms and Conditions, for example by sharing your login
• A channel you watch was renamed or withdrawn by its broadcaster, while the rest of the service works normally

Most problems, such as buffering or a channel not loading, can be fixed in a few minutes. Please message our support team on WhatsApp first so we can try to sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your subscription is deactivated once the refund is issued.
