Data we collect

We only collect the personal data we need to provide the service:

• Your name
• Your email address and WhatsApp number
• Your delivery address, only if you order IPTV with subscription and a box
• Your device's MAC address, only if you use a MAG or Formuler box
• Payment details, which are handled securely by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information about your device and how you use the service, such as device type, app version and connection logs

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To set up, activate and maintain your subscription (performance of a contract)
• To take payment and deliver your box if you ordered one (performance of a contract)
• To provide customer support by WhatsApp or email (performance of a contract)
• To keep the service secure and improve it, for example by spotting login sharing or server problems (legitimate interests)
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation)

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft and unauthorised access, use, disclosure or change.

Who we share data with

We use trusted processors such as payment providers, couriers and messaging services. They only receive the data they need to do their job and may not use it for anything else. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement to protect it.

Cookies

Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data while your subscription is active and for up to six years afterwards where we need it for tax and accounting records. Device and connection logs are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, contact us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
